The Law Offices of Amy Holzman handles wills, trusts, and estate planning. Building off of years of experience, we work to have a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ personal goals in order to create an estate plan aligning with their individual needs.Our adaptability is proven in our range of clients as we work with a diverse group of clientele: each with varying citizenships, family dynamics, and a variety of other circumstances. Regardless of complex tax or personal issues, we apply Amy’s ample knowledge and provide detailed plans for each of her clients. We regularly prepare health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney, and work with individuals and charities to set up revocable and irrevocable trusts that benefit them. Additionally, we create prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements for clients.
